Expense tracking that keeps up
Log a spend in a couple of taps and let it fall into the right category. Daily, monthly and yearly views are built from the same entries, so the numbers never disagree with each other.
NewShared logbooks for families and small teams
Digi Logbook turns scattered receipts, spreadsheets and bank messages into a single running record you can actually read — with the month's position on the first screen.

What's inside
Five things done properly, instead of forty half-finished ones.
Log a spend in a couple of taps and let it fall into the right category. Daily, monthly and yearly views are built from the same entries, so the numbers never disagree with each other.
Cash, bank, wallets and credit — held side by side with a single running position. Add, edit and reorganise accounts without losing the history behind them.
Invite a partner, a family member or a colleague to the same book and decide who can view, add or approve. Changes appear on everyone's device.
Entries are written locally first and synced to your cloud space when there is a connection — so a dead signal never costs you a record.
Where the money went, what changed since last month, and which categories are drifting — as plain breakdowns rather than a wall of charts.
How it works
The first day is the only day that asks anything of you.
Download from the App Store or Google Play and sign up with an email. No card, no onboarding call, no import wizard to sit through.
Enter the accounts you actually use and their opening balances. That takes a few minutes once, and everything after it is a couple of taps.
Record spends and income when they happen. The month's position, the category breakdown and the backup all keep themselves current.
Privacy & security
A financial logbook only works if you trust it with the whole picture. These are commitments from our published policy, not marketing lines.
Four questions people ask before they hand a finance app a year's worth of records.
Questions
It keeps a running record of what you spend and earn across all your accounts, and turns those entries into daily, monthly and yearly views. It is a record-keeping and expense-management app — it does not move money and does not connect to your bank to make payments.
Yes. Entries are saved on the device first, so you can log a spend on a train or in a basement. When a connection comes back, the app syncs to your cloud space and your other devices catch up.
You can invite other people into the same book and set what each of them is allowed to do — view only, add entries, or manage the book. It suits a household with shared bills as well as a small team keeping business records.
Only you, and anyone you deliberately invite into a shared book. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold to third parties. We disclose it only where the law requires it or where you have given explicit consent.
Use the delete-account request page on this site, or write to us from the address on your account. Deletion is permanent — your records, categories and shared-book memberships all go with it, and they cannot be restored afterwards.
You can start free. Where a paid subscription applies it renews on a recurring basis until you cancel it in your account settings, and the terms of each plan are shown to you before you pay.
